This can all be improved when you work through gentle yet effective movements for increasing range of motion, strength and flexibility. Therapeutic Pilates is a gentle yet progressive system to help release areas of scar tissue, help rebuild muscles and help restore proprioception for easier and less painful movement.

What does this look like?

For some women, being given some safe yet effective exercises to work on at home is what is desired. For others, participating in a private therapeutic pilates session is more effective. Utilizing all the pilates equipment to not only focus on forming a strong foundation but also to open up restricted areas and help strengthen weaker areas is extremely beneficial.
