Is there any way to do online Pilates for sij dysfunction and scoliosis? I’m desperate and this seems to be exactly what I need.
Hi Nichelle. Sorry for the delay. There are options; for scoliosis; you can check out Karena Thek LIneback; she does pilates for scoliosis and has online books/I think videos. You would have to check with her if she is offering any sessions. I work with a fantastic pilates teacher here at my studio who could do zoom sessions with you.
